13th Annual Charity Golf Tournament of the Tonawandas Dear Friends, Whether you’re a pro or amateur or just want to try your swing on the golf course, join the fun at the Annual Charity Golf Tournament of the Tonawandas on Monday, September 10, 2012 at TanTara Golf Club brought to you by the Chamber of Commerce of the Tonawandas, the Ken-Ton Chamber and our event sponsor, Mass Mutual Financial Group, Inc. We are currently seeking golfers, sponsors and donations for the charity auction. This event starts at 11:00 a.m. at the driving range followed by lunch and a shotgun start at 1pm. There will be 4-person scrambles with team and individual prizes. Cocktails and an Open Bar begin at approximately 6:00 p.m. followed by dinner and a Live Auction. Don’t golf? That’s ok, tickets for dinner and cocktails can be purchased separately; invite your spouse, friends, and co-workers! Our Live Auction helps the Chamber raise the funds it requires to maintain its programs on behalf of the business community and contribute to local charities. We are pleased to announce that a portion of this year’s proceeds will be donated to the Dr. Ann Stadelmaier Hearing Aid Fund. This fund is maintained by Hearing Evaluation Services of Buffalo, the only free standing non-profit audiology practice in the country. The fund assists low income hearing impaired individuals obtain a hearing device to improve their communication ability and quality of life. We’ll be looking for you, so don’t miss this event and help build a healthier community while having a fantastic time.
